You probably can buy up to 26 extra slots (beyond the 5 slots and whatever expansions add), just like in gw1. Guild tabs i think they are limited at 6 tabs and and character bags are limited at bagpack + 7 bags so you can only unlock 3 bag slots per character. Character model limit and quality on highest, i get 45+ fps in lion's arch, 30+ fps in wvw/meta zergfest, and way above 60 fps anywhere else. Player versus environment, player versus player, and world versus world. Every character created on an account occupies one character slot.

If you had the maximum character slots when you bought the ultimate pof (mutually exclusive to the condition mentioned above), you got 70.
